be a valuable prescription for recovery from cancer. Exercise can also
help to reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and depression, and to improve
body image and self-esteem. It also improves sleep quality, which is
especially important since insomnia is a common and debilitating side-effect
of treatment. Exercise helps not only physical fitness but also quality
of life.
- Senior Fitness -
we specialize in keeping you active, independent and able to do your
daily activities. All ages welcome and encouraged!
- Pre/post-natal Fitness
- we will help you stay strong throughout
and after your pregnancy. Exercise has been shown to help with labor
as well as make it easier to bounce back after delivery
- Yoga Classes -
we offer Fityoga classes. This class is an hour of active, flowing yoga
combined with strength, flexibility and core work, set to ambient music.
- Spinning® Classes
- We are an authorized Spinning®
facility. Spinning® is
an hour of guided indoor cycling.
- Massage Therapy -
we have 2 wonderful therapists
specializing in deep tissue, theraputic and sports massage.
