VINYASA BLEND YOGA IS AN HOUR OF ACTIVE, FLOWING YOGA COMBINED WITH STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY & CORE WORK, SET TO AMBIENT MUSIC. THINGS TO REMEMBER:
• LOOSE FITTING SHORTS & T-SHIRT/ LEOTARD & TIGHTS THAT DO NOT COVER FEET
• PLEASE DO NOT EAT A HEAVY MEAL BEFORE CLASS
