What is Spinning®?

Spinning® is an hour of guided, indoor cycling. At Mad About Fitness, all Spinning® classes are all level.

What Should I Bring?

Things you should bring to a Spinning® class:

  • Enthusiasm and a smile
  • Water bottle
  • Sweat towel
  • iPod-style earbuds or earphones (3.5mm stereo jack)
  • Padded cycling shorts recommended
  • Optional: Cycling shoes (SPD-compatible pedals)
