What is Spinning®?
Spinning® is an hour of guided, indoor cycling. At Mad About Fitness, all Spinning® classes are all level.
What Should I Bring?
Things you should bring to a Spinning® class:
- Enthusiasm and a smile
- Water bottle
- Sweat towel
- iPod-style earbuds or earphones (3.5mm stereo jack)
- Padded cycling shorts recommended
- Optional: Cycling shoes (SPD-compatible pedals)
