In addition she is certified with the National Association of Sports Nutrition, Spinning and Lifestyle and Weight Management from the American Counsel on Exercise.
My philosophy and training style is to incorporate all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular, functional, core and balance training. I believe the success to any training program is the balance between exercise and healthy nutrition.
As an active person my entire life, I am excited to share my passion of health and exercise with others. My objective is to educate people on the balancing act of nutrition and exercise as well as provide the tools, knowledge and support to achieve your goals while having fun.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking advantage of the backyard Colorado has to offer. In the summer you can find me running on the trails, hiking, biking or on the lake water skiing. In the winter I’ll be on the slopes or snowshoeing through the back country.
