What Style of Yoga do you Teach?

Our Yoga classes are a Vinyasa Blend Yoga. Each class is an hour of active, flowing yoga combined with strength, flexibility and core work, set to ambient music. All classes are all levels.

How should I prepare?

Things you should remember:
  • Wear loose-fitting shorts & t-shirt / leotard & tights that do not cover feet
  • Please do not eat a heavy meal before class
